A partner in the thinking.
And in making it happen.

Strategy. Operations. Execution.

I get curious.
Then I get involved.

My career has taken me through universities, creative agencies, newsrooms, fintechs, and industrial distributors. The work has ranged from helping build a university office to getting creative work into production, leading people operations, and untangling how orders move through a business. Taking responsibility for that work has meant learning how people actually get things done, including everything that never makes it into a job description.

Over time, I’ve learned to pay attention to the distance between how an organization describes its work and what people experience doing it. A process can look straightforward until you sit beside the person keeping it running. You start to see the missing information, the workarounds, the decisions waiting on someone else—and the knowledge holding everything together.

My background in social psychology, design thinking, and coaching has helped me make sense of what I find there. So has learning to question whose experience gets treated as expertise. Race, class, gender, and authority shape whose ideas are heard and who can safely say that something isn’t working. Understanding an organization means paying attention to those realities, too.

When you bring me into your work, that’s where I begin: with what you’re trying to accomplish and the people who know what it takes. Together, we find what’s already working, decide what needs to change, and give people a clear place to start. I take responsibility for the build—working through decisions, coordinating the people involved, and putting systems into use. Then I stay close enough to see whether they help, and change them when they don’t.

I want you to have work you can trust other people to carry, and those people to have the information, authority, and support to carry it well.
